Printing a Ground Freight Schedule Report

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Ground Freight Schedule Report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options. See Using the Ground Freight Schedule for more information.

Command options appear:

• Print(X) – Select Print(X) to print the report.
• Next Page – Select Next Page to move forward one page if the report does not fit on one screen. Select Prior Page to move back one page.
• Exit – Select Exit to return to the first Select An Option window.

Select Print(X). Command options will appear, allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The report prints the following:

• Carrier/Route – The name of the carrier or route
• Ship – The shipping date
• Order – The sales order number
• Customer – The customer name
• Loc – The location ID if the item ordered is lotted
• Weight – The total weight of all items ordered.

Subtotals by carrier or route for the total weight ordered for the carrier or route will also display.
